We take enormous pride and care in ensuring our garments and accessories are of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you intend to return the goods. We will then provide you with a returns address. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us. We recommend that you return items via signed for and tracked delivery as we will not offer a refund on returned items which are damaged or lost. Sale items and bespoke items are non-refundable. Unfortunately hair bows and hair bands are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods by notifying us in writing or email. This does not apply to any items made to your personal specification but if this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer an exchange.
