Ordering & Delivery
To place an order please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone us with a description of the products you wish to purchase, your preferred method of delivery (collection or postal), your payment and billing details and your consent to our terms of sale (please refer to our Terms & Conditions page). Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
Standard delivery to the UK mainland is free for online orders. Whenever possible an order will be dispatched the following day subject to payment and stock availability. However as many of our garments are bespoke when you place an order we will inform you of our anticipated delivery time and update you when the item is about to be posted. Please ensure that the email address you give to us is correct as all order confirmations and updates will be sent to this address.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods by notifying us in writing or email. This does not apply to any items made to your personal specification but if this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer an exchange.
